10% discount oura ring tracker for sleep and calories
https://ouraring.com/discount/1ff9b13a27?utm_source=user&utm_medium=iac_raf&utm_type=alwayson-cvr&utm_campaign=2026RAF&utm_variant=2026_raf_mar This is what I use to track my calories burned and sleep, absolute cheat code. What gets tracked gets improved!
Confidence is the result. Not the pre-requisite.
We as humans tend to think we need confidence to do something. We tend to think that it comes before you’re competent at something. Would LeBron be confident in his ability to play pro basketball if he didn’t have 15,000 hours played? Was Kendrick Lamar confident his first song would get a Grammy award? The answer to both is NO. Confidence comes from attempts. Proving it to yourself that you’re not a chump. Every time you do something when you’re NOT confident, That’s courage. Keep stacking those chips of proof and you will have that confidence. Love yall🏆

Number one fat loss cheatcode: Tracking
i posted a video today about hitting 10k steps a day. That was honestly one of the biggest things that helped me finally start seeing my abs. But here’s the thing most people miss: tracking alone changes behavior. Duke University did a study where overweight people were told to simply track what they ate. No diet. No workout plan. Just tracking. After 90 days they lost about 5 pounds on average. Not because they were forced to change anything, but because once you track something, you become way more aware of it. Same thing with steps. If you don’t track them, you probably think you walk more than you actually do. Once you see the number, you start trying to beat it. If you want to track, some solid options are Oura Ring, Whoop, Apple Watch, or Fitbit. Doesn’t matter which one. The awareness is what helps. yall track your steps or calories?
