A place for Elementary School Counselors to ask questions, vent, share and learn! I have been an Elementary School Counselor for 5 years and I am excited to share my experiences, expertise and passion with you! I have a California PPS credential as well as my Child Welfare and Attendance Authorization. Helping others learn techniques to better support their students, families and communities brings me so much joy. I work at a Title I school with 70% of the 400 student population being socioeconomically disadvantaged and helps support many immigrant families. Together, we will review different case studies, share programs our schools participate in, what your school counseling program looks like, as well as day to day challenges and wins.
