Barefoot Circus started with a simple idea: What happens when grown-ups put down the responsibilities for a minute, go outside, play, connect & remember they're allowed to have fun?
Then we actually did it.
Somewhere between the bare feet, fire, music, movement, laughter & beautiful weirdness...people found each other.
Created by wellness practitioners, Barefoot is intentionally clean, sober & substance-free, with nervous-system regulation in mind. You don't need anything in your system to get out of your head & into your vibrant body.
