Guiding principles: God has placed a Kingdom Dream on each of our hearts. Kingdom Dreams are not meant to be built alone, and every Kingdom Dream is equally important in His eyes. Encounter Kingdom Dream Builders offers the opportunity for our community to come together and stay connected so our Kingdom Dreams can be brought to fruition by the power of the Holy Spirit through the help of many hands. Builders are encouraged to take a prayerfully considered stance of action-orientation over consumption.
Governed by Encounter’s core values: Positioned in love, awareness of God's presence, intimacy with God, risk-taking, patience towards maturity, pursue breakthrough, culture of honor, Christian unity.
