Thank you guys for joining my group! It seems that everyone here is pretty new to Ego Development Theory, so my first video will be explaining what it is and what the 9 stages are. If you can think of any questions at all, drop them here and I'll answer them in my video!

I used this model myself by studying the stages of ego development, determining what stage I'm currently routed in, and using that to focus my attention on what I really needed to improve. My life has all around changed for the better since I started. I believe this method can be helpful for a lot of people.
