I’m Lara, co-creator of the AI in Coaching Certification with

and I’m delighted to be here for the live creation and development of this community as a proof of concept for the future of growth.

I’ve been coaching for over 30 years and training and educating coaches for over 20 years and I love the gentle power coaching has to truly transform lives.

I’ll be completing all the activities from the Big Weekend alongside you all over the coming weeks when I return from break and am excited to share my experiences with you all.

For those of you in our Ai in Coaching Certification I’ll also be helping you to structure your coaching sessions and offers if you decide to add a 1:1 or group coaching offer to the tiers in your plans. That way, you’ll be able to confidently deliver every time.
