When to go from hobby to Pro?

I'm going to launch my own community soon. The hobby plan is definetelly the only one that is affordable for me at the moment, as I'm not american and 99 dollars is very heavy right now considering the worth of currency in my country. But I'm just wondering, at what moment is it worth it to upgrade? As soon as I start making sales, a little while after or before it?
