Did you know you can improve your up-down by squeezing your muscles every time you lift your hips and relaxing them as you go down? 👀🍑 The goal is to give more power and control to the movement while also working both external and internal muscles. Every time you consciously contract your muscles, you activate your glutes and pelvic floor muscles at the same time ✨ This takes practice, but it helps your movement look stronger, cleaner, and more controlled while training muscles your body normally doesn’t activate in everyday life 💪🏼
