Executive Dysfunction Anonymous (EDA) is a low-pressure, peer support community for people living with anxiety and ADHD.
This is a soft place to land for loud, tired, overstimulated brains. We use gentle support, daily check-ins, and a bit of dark humor to get through everyday dysfunction together.
There is no fixing here. No toxic positivity. No pressure to be productive or “get better.” Unless welcomed by the member . I have experience and knowledge in all things relatable. Ready and willing to share with like minded people.
Some days we show up. Some days we disappear. Both are allowed.
EDA is built around kindness. Advice is only given when asked. Venting is welcome. Silence is welcome. Dark humor is part of the culture.
This space is not therapy or medical care — it’s connection, understanding, and not feeling so alone in your own head.
Come as you are: anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, overstimulated, or barely functioning
You belong here, even on your worst days.
