Fun Friday Resource Drop: The Team Intelligence Map
This week’s Fun Friday resource is now available inside the Resource Center. This activity is designed to help business owners, organizational leaders, and community builders take a closer look at the knowledge, skills, insight, lived experience, leadership ability, technical knowledge, and relationship capital already sitting inside their teams. Inside this resource, you’ll find the video presentation and PowerPoint to guide your team through the activity. Use it to explore: What people already know What skills may be underused Where hidden leadership exists What insight can strengthen operations What knowledge should be shared across the team What training or development support may be needed next The goal is to help teams strengthen internal execution culture by better understanding how people think, decide, coordinate, and move together. This is a great resource to use during a staff meeting, team-building session, planning day, leadership conversation, orientation, retreat, or partner discussion. Start with the video, review the PowerPoint, then bring the conversation back to your team. Fun Fridays: Where Business Meets Culture. © 2026 Business Now, Inc. and Economic Architecture Institute. Fun Friday Resource Drop: The Team Intelligence Map
Impact Night: From Readiness to Capital Activation
Getting financially prepared is one thing. Knowing how to put capital to work—strategically, responsibly, and with a measurable outcome—is another. This week inside The Impact Series™, we are exploring: Turning Financial Preparation Into a Working Capital Strategy Before you say, “My business needs funding,” you should be able to answer: What opportunity will the capital activate? What must be paid before revenue arrives? How much operating cash is actually required? What type of capital fits the purpose? And what result should that money produce? Because capital should not fund confusion. It should support a clear offer, a defined buyer, a responsible delivery plan, stronger operations, and a pathway toward sustainable revenue and profitability. Inside our digital ecosystem, members will receive the video introduction, downloadable presentation, and practical implementation guidance to help connect the opportunity, capital need, timing, controls, and intended results. Use the resource independently—or schedule a Business Now strategy session when you need help aligning the information with your specific circumstances and executing the plan step by step. Standard Membership is free Smarter capital. Stronger strategy. Greater impact. #TheImpactSeries #CapitalActivation #BusinessNow #WorkingCapital #EconomicArchitectureInstitute

Impact Night: From Readiness to Capital Activation
Impact Night™ is evolving into The Impact Series™.
This next phase expands the program beyond one night and creates flexible briefings, workshops, sessions, forums, and intensives designed to move businesses and organizations from information to implementation. Participants will not simply hear about systems, capital, procurement readiness, capability statements, proposals, pricing, supplier development, fulfillment, partnerships, and growth. They will be encouraged to bring their devices, documents, questions, and current work into the experience so they can begin evaluating, strengthening, and implementing what their business or organization needs next. The goal is to help participants move beyond readiness into activation—and, where appropriate, from local participation into larger markets. Knowledge. Connection. Collaboration. Impact.
