Jellop, the $1.5B marketing powerhouse behind some of the world’s most successful crowdfunding campaigns, is hiring a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for e-commerce and DTC brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll manage real budgets, make daily optimization decisions, and directly impact performance—no endless meetings or strategy decks. It’s a fully remote position for Israel-based professionals who are ready to scale campaigns and see immediate results from their work.
In this role, you’ll run Meta campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, audience targeting, retargeting, and ongoing optimization. You’ll focus on improving ROAS and reducing CAC through continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and funnels, while analyzing performance using tools like Google Sheets and Google Analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and customer success teams to test and refine ad assets, and may also support expansion into additional channels like Google Ads, TikTok, and Reddit Ads.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget Meta campaigns, preferably in e-commerce, with strong analytical skills and fluent English.
