May Flowers challenge
From a distance I thought they were roses in a bush, but the closer I got, the less they looked like roses.
Rhododendron degronianum is native to the northern parts of Hosnshu, the largest island of Japan. Now my writer’s mind is trying to come up with a story in which the seeds set sail and accidentally find themselves in Dutch soil. 😜
