Hi there, I'm Andrea. Along the way, I got in the habit of making my bed every day 🛏️ which helps me start off on a good note. Now if I could get to bed early 😴 maybe it would be every morning instead of just every day.
Nearly two decades, I’d been a sandwich caregiver ❤️‍🩹. I used to remember to eat breakfast only after serving Mom her lunch 🍽️. Now that she’s gone, I’m lucky if I remember to eat before I start cooking dinner 🍲. Most days, I find I haven’t been drinking much water 💧. I used to be so organized with routines that worked, but it’s proving more difficult to regain what I’ve lost.
