Hey everybody! I'm Crystal and I just started the program an I am already blown away from just being able to sit in the first community meeting!! I have been charged and ready to learn more. I have been in the industry for over 20 years. I have two shops and run a barber college. I had some life events that happened that has made me be stagnant in growth. I know that I needed to level up my social knowledge and different strategies in order to scale and get to another level. So, I went looking for what could assist me to get me where I want to go next and I came across Coach and you guys! I am forever a learner an always looking for ways to grow and help others. My name is Adriel Espinoza, I'm located in Immokalee Fl, Collier county area, my goal is to become the most successful barber I can be, to provide for my family and to pay it forward for everyone that has poured into my life to help me get to this point and while I'm at it attempt to positively impact anyone within my immediate vicinity with my story. I'm looking forward mostly to watch the hard work pay off, I like it when a plan comes together, I'm excited to see the progress in action. I'm still new to the program but I would still like to point out a win since I've been back home, I've been receiving clients I'm at about 15 or so from zero with 4 return clients, trying to keep that residual mindset🔥. Any suggestion from anyone for a new barber who is new to his location?
