You Cannot Carry What Still Controls You
Matthew 23:11-12
He who is greatest among you shall be your servant whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
Greater calling always requires greater dying to self. You cannot ascend until you have bowed low. You cannot carry what still controls you. You can't carry a cross while carrying the flesh at the same time.
If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.
Matthew 16:24
