Happy New Year!
I hope you got to ring in the new year however felt best for you - whether that was being in bed by 9pm, celebrating at home or going out with friends! The New Year can feel like a flood of seeing everyone’s goals, successes of the past year, and it can all be a little overwhelming. I want you to remember that if all you did was survive 2025, that’s worth celebrating 🤍 If you made magical memories with your kids, or if you kept them housed and fed, both are worthy of celebration 🤍 If you spent the year feeling lost and overwhelmed, but still showed up for your kids in the best ways you could, that’s worth celebrating 🤍 Looking to the year ahead, let’s set ourselves up for self-love, giving ourselves grace, and doing what we can! Goals are great if you truly want to set them, but it’s okay if you want to just be. Wishing everyone a year full of happy moments, full of moving our bodies out of love and care for our minds, and teaching our kiddos an important form of self-love.

Welcome to Drops of Movement!
This is not a fitness challenge. It’s not about consistency, discipline, or pushing harder. This is a space for: • moving in ways that fit real life & full your cup • including our kids instead of working around them • supporting mental wellness through movement • letting “some” be enough You don’t need to post perfectly. You don’t need to explain yourself. You don’t need to earn your place here. We move here to regulate, not to perform. If you feel like it, introduce yourself below: – Where are you joining from? – What kind of movement feels most accessible right now (even walking counts!) AND brings you joy? You’re welcome to share, or just quietly be here. I’m really glad you’re here! 🤍
