Many drivers pass their test feeling confident, but at some point begin noticing anxiety appearing behind the wheel whether that is on motorways, unfamiliar routes, busy roads, panic feelings, overthinking, or simply no longer trusting themselves while driving.
Over time, many people find themselves avoiding certain roads, planning routes carefully, pushing through while feeling overwhelmed, or quietly organising life around driving anxiety.
This space exists for drivers who want to properly understand what is happening and actively work on rebuilding calm and confidence behind the wheel.
Inside this community, the focus is centred around my programme:
