Let’s Talk About Rejection (Without Shame)
Rejection doesn’t always show up as a clear “no. ”Sometimes it looks like being overlooked. Not being acknowledged. Not being heard. Not being met with curiosity or respect. And if we’re honest, moments like that can make us question our value, our voice, or whether we should even keep trying. But here’s the truth: Rejection is not always a reflection of your worth. Sometimes it’s a reflection of someone else’s capacity, awareness, or readiness. Today is a reminder to pause before internalizing what was never meant to define you. 💭 Reflection Prompt (respond below):• How do you usually respond when you feel overlooked or dismissed?• Do you withdraw, push harder, go quiet, or question yourself?• What would it look like to respond with clarity instead of self-doubt? Gentle Truth: Rejection is information—not instruction. It tells you something about timing, alignment, or direction, but it does not tell you to stop. Take a moment today to affirm this: “I do not shrink because I was not received.” Let’s talk. 💛
