I’ve been asked if it was useful Yes, correct multivitamin consumption is very necessary. Certain vitamins such as Vitamin B, D E, K are no easily accessible naturally due to the more processed foods of today’s world Multivitamin tablets (especially researched ones like Herbalife) are very important for optimal nutritional quality and health. A UK-based survey found about 48% of the population struggle to meet daily vitamin/mineral requirements through diet alone. Among younger adults (18–24), that rises to ~ 61%. The numbers speak for themselves we are all lacking something in our diet that Multi Vitamins can cover so don’t neglect them
