Hello everyone — I’m Dr. Rebecca Payne, a psychologist with a background in neuroscience and emotional regulation. 🧠
I created this community because the teachings and meditations of Joe Dispenza have had a profound impact on how many people understand the relationship between mind, brain, and personal transformation.
But something I’ve noticed is that reading the books and doing the meditations alone can be challenging. Consistency, understanding the concepts, and staying committed to the work is much easier when we’re in community with others doing the same thing. 🤝
That’s the purpose of this group! This is a space where we will:

🧘‍♀️ Support one another in developing a meditation practice
💬 Share insights, experiences, and questions
🧠 Deepen our understanding of the neuroscience behind change
My role here is simply to help facilitate discussion and learning, and occasionally offer perspective from psychology and neuroscience.
