A little about me: I'm licensed psychologist and founder of this community. I have training in neuroscience, emotional regulation, and mind-body integration. 🧠
For many years, my professional work has focused on helping people understand how thoughts, emotions, and the nervous system interact to shape behavior and life outcomes.
I’ve studied and taught concepts related to:

• Nervous system functioning
• Neuroplasticity
• The mind-body connection
• Personal transformation and identity change
Over time, I became very interested in the work of Joe Dispenza because his teachings bring together several areas that fascinate me:

Like many of you, I’ve been exploring how these ideas translate into daily practice, especially through meditation and intentional mental training.
Why I started this community
One thing I’ve noticed is that this work can feel challenging to sustain alone.
Reading the books and doing the meditations is powerful, but it’s often easier to stay committed when we are learning and practicing alongside others.
So my hope for this community is that it becomes a place where we can:
