Firstly, congratulations.
Over the past 42 days you've focused on some of the most fundamental pillars of health:

You've invested in your health, learned new skills and hopefully gained a deeper understanding of how your body works.
The most common question I'm now being asked is:
"Where do I go from here?"
The answer is simple.
The reset was never intended to be a 42-day fix.
It was designed to teach principles that can support your health for years to come.
I like to think of the next stage in three layers.
LAYER 1
The Bacteria
If you only continue with one thing, continue with the bacteria.
Rather than taking sachets indefinitely, most people can transition to making probiotic yoghurt using an incubator.
I'll create a separate post explaining exactly how to do this.
Remember:
One sachet contains approximately 1 trillion beneficial bacteria.
When these bacteria are given the right environment and allowed to ferment milk, they multiply dramatically. The finished yoghurt contains many trillions of living bacteria distributed throughout the batch.
A typical serving might be:
• 2 tablespoons daily
up to
• ½ cup daily
Use it however you enjoy it:
• On its own
•In smoothies
With berries
• With oats
One important rule:
DO NOT add it to hot foods or boiling drinks.
Heat will destroy the living bacteria you're trying to nourish.
LAYER 2
Bacteria + Mineral Chloride
The second layer is to continue both the probiotic yoghurt and Mineral Chloride.
Why?
Because bacteria don't work in isolation.
Your cells, digestive tract and microbiome all rely on minerals to function properly.
What makes Mineral Chloride unique is not simply the minerals themselves, but the fact they are delivered as chloride salts.
Chloride is often overlooked, yet it plays several critical roles in human physiology:
• Formation of stomach acid (hydrochloric acid)
• Digestion of protein
• Mineral transport
• Fluid balance
• Cellular hydration
• Nerve signalling
Many people think only about magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium.
But without adequate chloride, many of those minerals cannot perform their jobs effectively.

LAYER 3
The Complete System
The third layer is to continue using:

CAN I REPLACE pH SALTS WITH CELTIC SALT?
The honest answer is:
Yes.
But it is not an equivalent replacement.
Celtic salt is predominantly sodium chloride.
While it contains trace amounts of other minerals, the amounts are relatively small.
Most natural sea salts are approximately 95–98% sodium chloride, with the remaining percentage made up of trace minerals.
Progurt pH Salts are different.
Rather than being almost entirely sodium chloride, they contain a blend of mineral salts including sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium chlorides.
In other words, the formula is designed to deliver a broader mineral profile rather than simply sodium.
Why does that matter?
Because every mineral has a different role.
Sodium helps regulate fluid volume and nerve transmission.
Potassium is critical for cellular hydration, muscle function and cardiovascular health.

No.
