Over the past 42 days you've focused on some of the most fundamental pillars of health: ✅ Minerals ✅ Hydration ✅ Beneficial bacteria ✅ Movement ✅ Light ✅ Stress regulation You've invested in your health, learned new skills and hopefully gained a deeper understanding of how your body works. The most common question I'm now being asked is: "Where do I go from here?" The answer is simple. The reset was never intended to be a 42-day fix. It was designed to teach principles that can support your health for years to come. I like to think of the next stage in three layers. LAYER 1 The Bacteria If you only continue with one thing, continue with the bacteria. Rather than taking sachets indefinitely, most people can transition to making probiotic yoghurt using an incubator. I'll create a separate post explaining exactly how to do this. Remember: One sachet contains approximately 1 trillion beneficial bacteria. When these bacteria are given the right environment and allowed to ferment milk, they multiply dramatically. The finished yoghurt contains many trillions of living bacteria distributed throughout the batch.
