The Five Elements od Healing is a space to learn how to stay in tune with nature throughout the seasons using the Five-Element framework of Chinese medicine and Taoist philosophy.
Each season is connected to a specific organ system, and as we learn to move with these seasonal rhythms, we bring the body back into balance with nature. When we are in tune with our environment, we benefit not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and energetically—feeling more connected to ourselves and the greater universe we’re a part of.
As we grow together in this community, we explore ancient principles alongside modern research in a way that is easy to understand, practical to apply, and genuinely enjoyable.
This is a place to learn, reflect, and support one another in cultivating real, sustainable health—so we can show up better for ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world around us.
