Inspiration doesn’t grow on trees 🌳🌴🌲
It sort of does and it sort of doesn’t.. We’ve all felt the sudden burst of inspiration that comes from a taste of possibility from a newly started venture, or a thought and feeling so powerfully combined they almost make you grateful for already having what you were thinking of before you even get it. Problem is, like motivation, inspiration is hard to come by for most people in most situations. It’s not a tap you can turn on whenever you like. Or is it though? 👀 These are the key moments in life, whether the cause is positive or negative, (granted I know it hard to focus when the feeling is negative) to grab hold of and find the moment even if it’s 45 seconds, just pull up your notes on your phone or as I like to do, because I’m old school, grab your notepad and a pen and write some shit down. For me it’s easier when I’m listening to music to write but if the inspiration is there, take it! Don’t think of it as a task to be completed, just flow with it and don’t ask yourself too many questions. Here’s some of those mom was you can use a catalyst for creation. - Tight chest - Lump in throat - Stomach drop - Sudden calm - Worry - Feeling of Peace - Feelings of futility - Suicidal thoughts (this one’s hard) - This ^^ needs more attention, it’s not advisable to make yourself feel suicidal to maybe possibly attain a moment of inspiration so you can write some words on a page, that would be super stupid.
