If you would have showed me this 2 years ago I would have said you're crazy...
In an effort to minimize stress we decided to diversify our offerings
Yes I know when I say it out loud it sounds silly but hear me out
Earlier this year, we wanted to firstly help more people, but secondly create more products that would diversify our income a little more.
So we built them out step by step:
Email Money - $199
Bulletproof DMs - $199
Magnetic Content - $199
Then we decided to mix in some medium ticket:
Client Accelerator - $2,000
Community Funnel - $4,000
And our main offer: Diamond Partnership
This sounds complicated, but it really isn't... work for one product, makes all the products better.
Plus there is a lot of cross over in delivery, just varied support and client goals
By doing this we've been able to reduce the "need" for HT and stabilize cash flow really well
It also allows a bit more freedom in our content and promotional strategy, as I'm constantly mixing up what I'm selling
BUT everything falls in the same category of what we're great at. Client Acquisition
With this change we've been able to average $1k/day from our low-ticket products, using a simple Skool funnel
Which is $30k/mo. just from products we already had sitting there.
$30k/mo covers a majority of our expenses, so now all the HT sales we do serve as profit
Plus the low-ticket products work as an ascension into our HT products
So everything feeds itself
It's a model 2 years ago I would have laughed at... but now I'm laughing at myself for not doing it sooner
