2 AI Automation Builders Looking for a Sales/Client Acquisition Partner 🌎 — How Do We Get Our First International Clients?
We’re 2 partners from India, both strong on the AI automation/service-delivery side, and we’re currently trying to solve one major problem: Client acquisition. We started by building and selling AI automations to local businesses in India. We tried: - Warm contacts - Cold outreach - Door-to-door visits - Different pricing approaches But we quickly noticed something frustrating: most small local businesses weren’t interested in AI automation yet, and even the businesses that showed interest felt that the price was too high. The crazy part? We were offering solutions for around $50/month. This made us realize that selling AI automation to small local businesses here may require a completely different approach. At the same time, as beginners, directly approaching larger companies without existing connections has been difficult. So we’ve decided to focus on international markets. What we can deliver We can build and manage things like: • AI Voice Agents • AI Chatbots • WhatsApp AI Agents • Lead Qualification & Follow-up Systems • Appointment/Scheduling Automations • CRM & Lead Management Automations • Custom AI Agentic Systems • And other business-specific automations Our strength is building and delivering the actual solution. Our weakness right now is getting the right clients in front of us. Being based in India also makes traditional cold calling international businesses difficult, and cold DMs haven’t been getting much attention. So we're looking to connect with people who are strong at sales/client acquisition. We’re open to a few different possibilities: 1. Sales/Acquisition Partner 🤝 Someone who wants to partner with us and take primary responsibility for client acquisition. We handle the complete technical/service delivery side, while we work together on the sales side. We’re also completely open to learning under someone who has already figured out client acquisition. 2. Freelance Sales Partner 💰 If you’re already doing B2B sales or client acquisition and want to work on a commission basis, we’d be happy to discuss a performance-based arrangement.

Why do cold DM's get ignored
"Cold DM is dead. Everybody's inbox is full now. The game changed." Maybe? Check out the picture for a sec. Two signs. Which one sticks with you? Don't think about it. Just answer. Which one pulls you IN? Nobody picks the first one. And technically, the first one is the better sign. It tells you exactly what it is, even the price. It's honest, it's clear... there's nothing wrong with it. It's 100% rational. The second one, though... That one is pure emotion. It doesn't pitch you anything. It asks you something first, and you can't help but answer it in your own head. ...how long HAS it been? Sign one is about him. His flowers, his price. Him, him, him. Sign two is about YOU. "Me, me, me." That's the whole thing right there, dude. Your offer may be yours... but their attention is about them. >> Bad outreach is all about you. Good outreach is all about them. And your cold DM is sign one. "I help dentists get more patients with SEO." mmkay... That's your flowers and your price, shouted at a guy doing 60. Now here's the part everybody skips. The fix is not waving sign two in front of EVERY person. Not everyone has a mom. Or likes theirs. It's going and finding the guy who is ALREADY carrying the problem. Not the dentist shopping for SEO today, because he doesn't exist. The one with two chairs sitting empty every Thursday and a hygienist to pay on Friday. You don't create that problem. You pick people who already have it. Right person + right problem. Then you open with something they answer in their own head. Stranger → conversation Conversation → agreed problem Agreed problem → THEN you offer That's the missing step: diagnose first. That's it. Cold DM works fine. It just can't be about you. 👉 So which sign have you been holding? Drop one of your last cold DMs below. No cleaning it up first lol

Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Jem
I run a VA placement agency that helps growing businesses find reliable virtual assistants for admin, customer support, operations, and other day-to-day work so founders can spend more time on growth. I joined because I'm always looking to learn from people who are building effective outreach systems. Consistent client acquisition is only one part of the equation, having the right support behind the scenes to keep up with that growth is just as important. 🙂 Looking forward to learning from everyone here and connecting with the community! 📈
