My Target audience: Fitness coaches, Personal trainers helping people get fit either online or offline.
Current situation of my target audience: Just 1 to 2 low ticket clients a month, low quality leads who need chasing, tired of posting stuff that doesn’t get any traction, no offer, messaging doesn’t connect
Their ideal situation: 5 to 10 high ticket clients (either 1-1 or group coaching clients), a pipeline of ready to buy leads
The bridge: 3 step Acquisition system focused on ROI and not on vanity metrics (3 steps - Offer, Funnels, Ads)
My messaging:
After researching the fitness coaching industry and talking with a few coaches, I found they mostly struggle with getting few clients, have no direction on how to sell online, have no solid offer and struggle with messaging.
Their headlines / Intro mostly look like: Fitness trainer or Personal trainer at self employed, which doesn’t reflect any end result or what their TA can get from them
To solve this issue, here’s what I'll be helping them with:
Helping Fitness coaches / Personal trainers get 5 potential high ticket, high intent leads every day on autopilot with a 3 step Acquisition system
Here’s what they get:
  • Create / optimize their offer
  • Dial in the messaging
  • VSL scripts for landing page
  • Funnel creation - designing + copywriting
  • Facebook ads - ad copy, ad creatives (images + scripts for video ads), optimizations, scaling - they’ll have to invest $20 a day
  • 2 calls a month
  • Availability on WhatsApp with reply within 60 minutes
  • Fees: Pay on performance basis - 10% for every client on boarded by them or, a monthly retainer of $1500 a month with performance guarantee
This will completely remove the fear of feast or famine from their minds with zero risks
Please guide me on how I can improve this and make it a "must have" instead of "nice to have"
