If you are already working out please tell us what type of workout you do! For example, bodybuilding, powerlifting, running, etc. Also add the reason that got you started in the first place.
If you haven't put your foot inside a gym tell us what you are looking forward to accomplishing in starting your fitness journey and also what make you decide to start this year.
