Group Chat
In the communities I've been part of, one of the most valuable sections is the group chat. Skool doesn't have a great chat feature, but I think we can mimic a group chat with this pinned post. If you ever come across something interesting or entertaining but aren't quite sure where to post it, throw it in the comments here!

First missed opportunity
Hi all, My husband and I have been so thankful for the DIY homebuyer info we have gotten here (thanks Nick!!!). We have been feeling very confident that we can do this and will conquer this challenge. But we had a very disappointing offer decline tonight and we are feeling really bummed. I know there are things we could've done better and it was a great learning experience -- but right now it hurts to have a great home pass us by. My question is... With us being 28 and 30 years old and buying our first home, how can we be taken seriously as a self represented buyer? How can we show the listing agent that we are confident and educated in the process and they can trust that we are well-educated and well-prepared to move quickly and efficiently? I think that was our limited factor for this transaction- I don't know if the listing agent had great confidence that we wouldn't mess up his deal somehow because of how young and inexperienced with home buying we are.
