Xero Employee Onboarding
Employee self-onboarding now available in Xero Payroll
Employee self-onboarding is now available for all Xero customers!!
This was one of the most highly requested features from the community, with 448 votes across AU & NZ on Xero Product Ideas! Now, instead of collecting new starter details via emails, forms or external platforms to onboard, you can now send a secure onboarding request to the new employee within Xero! All you need is their name and email address to get started.
Employees simply complete their details online via mobile or desktop, submit the form securely and the payroll admin receives a notification to review and approve before the employee record is created.
No doubt this will help reduce manual data entry, minimise errors AND speed up the onboarding process!
