Creating new expense accounts
Is this you? You’ve created a new expense account in Xero or QuickBooks because none of the existing ones felt quite right. This usually isn’t about the expense — it’s about not being sure how detailed your Chart of Accounts really needs to be. More accounts don’t always mean better reporting.
