Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, or anywhere in between. I may find you when you read this. Affirmations have been a tool in my life for many years, and surprisingly, we’ve all been using them unconsciously throughout our lives. We constantly affirm everything we experience and speak. I’d love to hear your favorite affirmation. Please share it with the group so we can all learn from each other. Personally, my favorite and most effective affirmation is “Every day, I am a little younger than the day before.” I’ve been using this affirmation for several years, and I can confidently say that I’ve literally gotten ten years younger since I started incorporating it into my morning routine. I brush my teeth, wash my face, and whenever I look in the mirror, I repeat this affirmation to myself.
