It’s Happening! The Norse Thread is a LIVE Skool community that I’m building into everything I’ve spoken about as the big vision for where Odin’s Breath is headed. I went and changed the name on the Skool page and will keep updating as it rolls out. The future cohort of Odin’s Breath will be more like January given the adjustments I’m making to things. We've come together for 11 weeks during this pivotal time for humanity. It is no coincidence! I'm so proud to know each one of you amazing humans and I am profoundly grateful for this opportunity to dive deep into this tradition that I love so much. For this weekend's breath journey - the link for saturday is below (and on the calendar) - Sunday will be the same as always. For the journey: -Prepare a quiet space for 2 hours -have headphones! (Most important) or a great speaker nearby -something to sit on - chair is fine for the beginning. -a place to lie down - for the heavy breathing section -a blanket -journal -water I will go over some directions and expectations the morning of. This week we discover the Light in Norse Wisdom. The God Baldr receives hardly any notoriety or emphasis in scholastic nor spiritual settings. Could it be that there has always been a Christ Frequency embedded in Norse Spirituality? Yes. Was this suppressed after Christianization of Scandinavia? Yep. The perceived heaviness of the Norse Thread and its darkness is more than likely a byproduct of suppressing anything that resembled Christ and likewise the Feminine in the practices and transmission. Also - Valhalla could in fact be a sacred space attained within when one bavely faces the transformation that is calling us. This week: 1. Dagaz Breath with Valhalla Breath: In the breath holds - specifically feel into the reality that when you hold your breath you're facing death. When the breath returns you can choose what is born or -resurrected. 2. Consider for journaling: Where in your life is your own Baldr — your light, your beauty, your most radiant self — being kept in Hel right now, and what would it take to bring it back? A reminder that this final week upcoming will have just Saturday and Sunday 9am as our sessions. This is a full on Odin's Breath Journey - So make a space you can lie down comfortably and make the family, housemates, and pets aware that you're unavailable for 2 hours. We'll talk a bit before and after but the bulk is the guided journey incorporating most of the practices we've learned together. It's a powerful time to look at our collective shadow as the catalyst for necessary change and creative force. This all relates to our Rune - Dagaz, as it does Loki and his offspring Fenrir, Hel, and Jorgamundir. This week: 1.Try Dagaz Breath each morning and see what gets illuminated. Especially in the space of the breath hold - where we meet a small death and our body fights for air. 2. Sit with the reading of Voluspa at least once more. I'll post some material to find other translations. 3. Journal questions: One: Where in your own life has a moment of chaos, loss, or disruption revealed itself in hindsight to be the catalyst that moved you forward into something greater? Two: Loki's cunning is often rejected and feared by the gods, yet it proves essential to their survival. What aspects of your own shadow—the parts of yourself you've dismissed or been ashamed of—might actually be your greatest untapped power? I appreciate you all tremendously! {No Tuesday Session on the Final week of the Immersion} Hello friends! For our final week of the Immersion the session will be a 90 minute Breathwork Journey.
