We've come together for 11 weeks during this pivotal time for humanity.
It is no coincidence!
I'm so proud to know each one of you amazing humans and I am profoundly grateful for this opportunity to dive deep into this tradition that I love so much.
For this weekend's breath journey - the link for saturday is below (and on the calendar) - Sunday will be the same as always.
For the journey:
-Prepare a quiet space for 2 hours
-have headphones! (Most important) or a great speaker nearby
-something to sit on - chair is fine for the beginning.
-a place to lie down - for the heavy breathing section
-a blanket
-journal
-water
I will go over some directions and expectations the morning of.
