November was a month of real shifts for me. I honored my boundaries, stayed regulated in situations that used to drain me, and broke old patterns in the moment instead of after the fact! I listened to my body, protected my energy, and made choices from clarity Instead of pressure. I showed up for myself consistently (Spirituality, emotionally and practically).

Peace fam, its Saturday but we're still counting our wins!! This week I was connected with new allies in powerful spaces all based off of me choosing to step forward in music creation and performance. Celebrating that by choosing to do something I know Im here for that most people in my life told me would never amount to anything I have opened new doors to the impact I can make here on Earth. So yeah to all those phony limiting beliefs tryna tell me Im just a cog in the machine of someone elses dream - youre time is done! Also celebrating coming into a space of repair and resolve with a good brother of mine and getting to know each other on a much deeper level. Theres many more including something I will announce soon but represents a massive step forward so for now Ill just say I completed a process Ive been working on for about a year and it is going to help change many peoples lives!

This might be a day late but its well worth it. Please everyone drop your wins in here for the week so we can all help each other anchor these into the RAS - reticular activation system Im celebrating that yesterday I almost finalized my new set of affirmations that I have been working on this week. I havent made new ones in 6 months. So this marks a moment of massive mindset shift. One of my teachers talks about the flow being Awareness, Clarity, Creation & Coordination - Becoming a vessel of Infinite Divine Awareness, Moving with clarity into spaces of Creation and purpose and then Coordinating with the Divine as it always shows up in greater ways than we can imagine. I have had much resistance to crafting new affirmations with alot of grief and heaviness Ive been moving through this year. So it feels really good in my mind, body and spirit to have clarity and a feel of excitement over whats now and whats next. Also I got to be present with my child in 2 activities that meant alot to him which is ALWAYS A WIN!!!!

This month has been about real shifts and showing up differently. I moved from scarcity into an abundance flow and truly began to live inside the Golden River of Prosperity. I’m learning to honor myself, to choose peace, comfort, and discernment in every area of life. No more riding other people’s waves or mirroring their energy. I’ve stepped fully into my own rhythm. No longer the student, but the teacher. Physically I’ve made real progress. I connected with Mike Grimes to begin my functional healing work with nutrition and personal training. I’ve been consistent with my probiotic and detox support, my migraines have improved, and my rest and hydration are in better balance. Even something as simple as a fresh haircut became a reset. I feel lighter and more confident. Financially, I saw new wins and flow. I sold my Supernova for $400, completed my ETH transfer, and received unexpected blessings. $100 from Nadia, the lunch offer from Erick, and my nephew stepping in to help right on time. I’m no longer worrying about “how” but trusting that everything comes in divine order. I’ve even upgraded my mindset to an XL level (knowing I’m worthy of comfort and ease). Relationships deepened and healed. I had a heart centered moment with Dr. Duncan where I spoke openly about what’s really going on, celebrated JP’s birthday with gratitude, and felt supported by Nita and Kamri for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years Eve invite from PJ! I also recognized my strength in guiding Darlene to follow medical wisdom that literally helped her stay alive. Spiritually I’ve continued with Twin Hearts Meditation and grounding practices, cleared ancestral layers through embodiment, and created the “Peace Be Still” Frequency intention for collective healing (hurricane Melisa). Created multiple frequencies for my own Healing. I’ve finally sloughed off helping everyone else first and put myself first and foremost. I truly know now what it feels like to fill My cup first and give only from the overflow!!!
