At the age of 12 i was aware how emotionally sensitive i was. I never understood why. A change in my outer reality felt like a death that would take months to stabilize.
My mother had unmetabolised grief, she absorbed my fathers unmetabolised grief.
Later i learned i absorbed it all and more.
Psychologist did not address this for my mother. Therapy did not address this for me.
