This is a community for Christian business owners who want to grow something that lasts without sacrificing their health, their family, or their walk with God. Early stage or established, the questions are the same: how do I scale without becoming the bottleneck, how do I build a business that runs without me holding every string, and how do I keep peace while I do it.
I'm Bruno Genovese. I spent 20+ years leading transformation, data and revenue teams inside companies like American Express, HSBC and NatWest. Then I co-founded a marketing agency, scaled it from zero to $12M and 85 people, and sold and exited the business twice.
Somewhere in the middle of all that, I burned out. Rebuilding meant putting my faith back at the centre of how I lead, how I build, and how I advise. That reset is the reason this space exists.
