Wins & Results: before/after examples, lessons, and honest results. LAB RULES • Be kind and help beginners. Critique the work, never the person. • No spam, unsolicited sales DMs, or repeated promotions. Share useful context; disclose affiliate links and commercial interests. • Show your goal and what you tried. Search first, use the right category, and keep questions specific. • Protect privacy and ownership. This group is public. Remove client data, passwords, API keys, and personal details. Share only material you have permission to use; credit sources. • Label AI-generated or materially altered work when relevant. Check factual claims, respect consent, and never use deceptive impersonation. Share measured results without income guarantees. HOW WE LEARN One small project beats ten unopened tools. Share your process, include what failed, and help someone take their next step. Use Wins & Results when your first experiment is ready - even an imperfect first draft counts. Your turn: introduce yourself below and tell us what you want to build.

AI Starter Kit — your first useful AI project
Create. Automate. Grow. Start with one real task, one tool you already have access to, and one small deliverable. You do not need a paid tool to participate. Check tool costs and usage limits before starting. 1 / CHOOSE ONE STARTER PROJECT CREATE: Make a 30-second useful video • Choose one audience and one problem you can help solve. • Draft a 60–75 word script: hook → one useful idea → example → next step. • Record your own voice or camera clip. Edit for clarity; remove pauses and add readable captions. Use only media and music you have permission to use. • Review captions, facts, sound, and framing. Export one draft and share it in AI Content & Video with your goal and one feedback question. WORKFLOW: Turn one idea into a content pack • Use an idea, note, or transcript you own. • Ask AI for an outline, a short script, a post, and three headline options for the same audience. • Edit each output in your voice, verify claims, and save the prompt plus your final version as a reusable template. • Share the process in AI Content & Video, including what you changed. AUTOMATE: Map one repetitive task • Pick a low-risk task, such as turning a test form response into a task in a test tracker. • Write: trigger → inputs → steps → output → human approval. • First run the process manually with dummy data. Then connect only the minimum permissions needed in a tool you already use. • Test a normal case, missing data, and a duplicate. Add a failure alert and a way to stop it. Keep client delivery and publishing behind human review. • Share a diagram or checklist in Automations & Workflows. No working automation is required for your first win. 2 / COPY THIS PROMPT FRAMEWORK Act as a practical assistant for [task]. My audience is [who]. My goal is [specific result]. Context: [relevant, non-confidential details]. Source material: [text I own or may use]. Constraints: [length, tone, budget, tools, deadline]. Return: [exact format] plus a short checklist to evaluate it.
