I'm Dustin. I've spent 20 years teaching marching percussion from high school programs to WGI level. I function as your on-call drum tech — without the cost of hiring one full time.
Upload video of your students, performances, rehearsals, and/or ensembles. I'll tell you specifically what's wrong, why there might be a better way, and exactly what to do about it.
