Honestly, I couldn’t have done it through running or swimming. Not that those don’t work—they do! I just get bored super easily. (That’s just me, okay?) But Pickleball? It’s fun, social, low-impact—and way more engaging. And get this: a study showed tennis can extend your life by up to 9.7 years… and pickleball is basically tennis’ fun cousin, so we’re counting it!
