Tomorrow, I am speaking at an event sponsored by the National Entrepreneurship Center and the presentation is on AI and Automation. Normally, I know what to talk about in these forums, but I decided to do a complete deep dive as to what questions entrepreneurs have when it pertains to AI, and the ability to automate their businesses with it. Here are 5 key questions that I found: 1. "Will I miss the AI/automation wave and fall behind competitors?" 2. "Are AI tools too complex and technical for me to understand?" 3. "Will AI replace my job or make me obsolete as an entrepreneur?" 4. "What if I invest in AI automation and it doesn't work or provide ROI?" 5. Over the last two days I've been in a mastermind, coaching workshop in Boise, Idaho... yes, Boise, Idaho. A vast land of dust and ostriches. So, why was I there? Really, it was to get a better grasp at how I can help more business owners with my skillsets and help them grow. One of the questions that came up across the board with all the businesses attending the event was, "What's the biggest challenges that they faced?" You'd be surprised that even if companies at this event were generating millions of dollars in sales, seemed to be a well-oiled machine, this question sparked a huge, open discussion. And then I realized... No matter what size, success, etc., business continue to face challenges. They can be macro (the overall business model and strategy) or micro (need more leads, or better sales closing). That being said, what are some of your biggest challenges in what you are doing? If you can rub a lamp and get a genie out of it, what would you wish for the genie to fix?
