My name is Janet Williams Higgins

👋🏾2. Vision: To create a trusted, expert-led children's educational brand that supports parents, carers, and early years educators with gentle, practical tools for little ones aged 0–6. I want every parent — especially first-time mums and SEN families — to feel confident and supported in their child's early development journey.

3. Offering Name: I am in the early stages of launching a children's educational brand — more details coming very soon once some exciting things are in place! 🌿

4. Realistic Business Goal: To generate a sustainable income that allows me to scale beyond my nursery and reach families across the UK and internationally through both physical products and digital resources.

5. Unrealistic Goal: To become the go-to children's early years brand in the UK within the first year and be stocked in major retailers! 😄 (A girl can dream!)

6. Strengths / Blockages:

Strengths — 26+ years of hands-on childcare and early years experience, a deep understanding of what parents and children actually need, and a genuine passion for this work.

Blockages — Learning the business and digital marketing side as a solo entrepreneur, and balancing brand building alongside running my nursery day to day.
