Huge update!
Every fiction book now starts with an AI-generated pacing plan that reads your Story Bible, identifies the real physical locations, calculates how long people can plausibly stay in each one (a coffee shop isn't a 24/7 hangout, a beach house is), and distributes those locations across your three acts with hard caps per chapter.
This fundamentally changes how outlines are built - instead of the AI improvising "another afternoon at the coffee shop" eight chapters in a row, every chapter now lands on a real day with a realistic location, and the story unfolds across a coherent timeline that makes sense in the physical world.
