Voice AI for lead generation?
I recently implemented a Voice AI agent (built with VAPI + n8n) for a recruiting agency client, and the impact was immediate.
They were already getting steady traffic from ads, but a chunk of prospects were calling outside business hours — and no one was available to respond. Once the agent started handling evenings and late-night calls, everything changed.
💥 What happened:
• 5 inbound leads captured on the very first night
• 15 qualified leads in the first week that would’ve been missed
• Zero extra work on their side — the agent handled every call automatically
It really highlighted how much lead generation is affected not just by marketing efforts, but by response time. Many businesses don’t have a lead problem — they have a timing problem.

It captures candidate info, categorizes lead temperature, and books a call with their recruiters.
