Give buyers too many options, and you don’t increase sales—you freeze them. When everything looks important, nothing feels clear. The brain gets overwhelmed, starts second-guessing, and delays the decision. And delayed decisions rarely turn into purchases. Buyers don’t want more options—they want an easy choice.

Speed Isn’t Technical—It’s Psychological
A slow website doesn’t just waste time—it kills momentum. The longer a page takes to load, the more doubt creeps in. Buyers start thinking: “Is this worth it?” … and just like that, the urge to buy fades. People act on impulse, not patience. If your site can’t keep up with that impulse, you lose the sale before it even begins.
