Friday tips
If your baby is getting fussy at the breast… pause for a second.
Don’t jump straight to fixing the latch or switching sides.
Just bring them in close, talk to them, let them settle.
A calm baby feeds better. A worked-up baby fights everything.
And for you…
You’re not doing this wrong.
You’re learning your baby, and they’re learning you.
That’s not something you rush — it comes together over time.
If today felt hard but you still showed up… that counts 🤍
