Not "preparing." Not earning. Not for the kids, the man, or the algorithm. Just for you, sis. Mine today: • Long shower with the oils I keep "saving" for a special occasion (I'm the occasion 🤎) • Phone face-down for 2 hours • A cup of tea that's just for the ritual — not the rush • Mirror talk, out loud, naming what I'm proud of this week Soft life isn't a vibe. It's a PRACTICE. And rest is not a reward — rest is a requirement. Faith says: God already knows what you need. Discipline says: but you still have to give yourself permission to receive it.
