There was also one 8 figure deal, an agritech for $12.7M, but that’s above my pay grade to analyze. 1. 🛒 Ecommerce: The public blurb for this one doesn’t state the niche, so nor can I, but I’m very familiar with the product, having purchased and used myself. It’s on Shopify and it’s in French, but has an English subdirectory and toggle option. When you put the product into your cart it recommends other options, but there is upside to improve the funnel (do what I mentioned in this guest post on Shopify back in 2015!). I really like this biz especially at just a 2.7x profit multiple, $3.6M indicative price (Link). 2. 🛒 Ecommerce: This is a custom build manufacturing business, in a niche that isn’t made public again but with very high ticket items. I’d describe it as a combination of ecommerce, lead gen and dropship with very low number of owner hours required. Ranks #2 for a top volume industry keyword, which has a good number of long-tail you could also go after. (Link) 3. ☁️ SaaS: Aussie based sports niche, $5.5M indicative price which is 27x annual profit multiple, which may be due to reinvestment in creating an app which can unlock new revenue streams. The business is doing impressive GMV numbers, has low churn, and potential to scale through paid acquisition (Link) 4. 🧑‍💻 Service: Mobile app development agency with long term enterprise clients with high LTV, making $133K/m profit, $2.6M asking price (1.6x annual multiple) (Link)

Really interesting chart by Max Roslyakov showing how much Flippa's search presence has grown over the last 6 months vs other marketplaces. This is due to doubling down as market leader, launching new categories and the recent Trustiu acquisition. Last time I looked this up was when I was at Flippa back in 2022 and I may be wrong but I thought Empire Flippers was leading in search traffic back then (or was close).
