A handoff note for a ComfyUI shot

For a ComfyUI shot you want to revisit, save the workflow JSON and source images beside the output. A short notes file helps when you come back to it later or hand it to someone else.

For the last two lines, something like "reduced camera movement; wrist still warps at 3s" is enough. Include the actual seed used for the saved result if it was random.

Keep the accepted version in its own folder before trying the next idea. Makes the next revision a bit less of a guessing excercise.
